5 Ways Studio App Will Rock Your World of Image Creation

I'm in love. I don't say this often about an image creation tool, but it's true. When I first discovered Studio App I spent 2 hours creating awesome visuals, and I didn't want it to end.

In this post, I share 5 ways that Studio will rock YOUR world with image creation… and how you can use it to create awesome visual content too!

I share a lot of posts about visual content tools.

And I share a lot of smartphone apps for visual content creation.  But this one I loved.

I had Studio App on my phone for a while before I jumped in and started using it – pushed a little by program members who were raving about it!   When I did switch it on and “play” I lost myself in the app and didn't want to come out.

Watch this video to see why!

Meet Studio from Studio Design on Vimeo.

This. App. Has. So. Much. Going. For It.

Let's check it out!

5 Ways Studio App Will Rock Your World

1.  It's Available on iOS and Android.

Android users rejoice. Before you yet again hear an account of how amazingly awesome an app is but then find that it is iOS only… ta da… Studio on iOS and Android. Thank you Studio. You guys rock.

I can' tell you how many times I share a cool tool, knowing that Android users miss out and then receive all the frustrated replies.  Not this time.

Here's a quick image I created using an overlay from Studio:

These images are just simple ones that I created. The magic begins with the inspiration from the app and the user community itself.

Check out what some of the “Studio-Savvy” community are creating and get inspired. You can search by categories, users and #hashtags to find great ideas (keep reading to find out what you can DO with these ideas that is particularly awesome).

I hoped for many things when I opened this app for the first time:

I hoped for great fonts. Check.

I hoped for cool overlay elements like layers, borders, shapes, and lines. Check.

I hoped for awesome filters and colors. Check.

I hoped for it to be intuitive and easy to use for new users. Check.

I hoped that it allowed more experienced users to get creative and produce custom images.  Check.

Yes, Studio checks all the boxes. But it goes one step further.

3.  Remix like a boss

Oh yes. This part I love.

This is what sets Studio apart.   The Remixing.

How does it work?  Each design created on Studio can be easily remixed by clicking the button and then changing out your own photo or layout elements.

If you haven't yet worked out, Studio is about sharing (see #4) and the sharing of remix designs is what sets this app apart.

It works well where you see a great design that you love and you immediately think “my photo of xyz would work really well with that” or “this would be awesome for our holiday snap of the dolphins”.

Isn't it great that you can get inspiration from others and be able to use it in your design?  I have seen very few designs using Studio that do not look professionally created.  Winning.

#4  Social Sharing on Studio

Not content to create an app that is awesome for visual content creation, the creators of Studio have built a decent social media community around it.

Popular remixes are featured, designers are featured… it's a sharing, caring community full of inspiration.

Don't just post your Studio images to social sites. Treat this as a social site in itself!

#5  Easy Sharing to Social Sites

This part is seamless. When you have finished designing your image you get the option to share to Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter, Pinterest or Flickr… as well as to share to your email or your camera roll.

You can also just choose to share to your camera roll and come back later to share it to your social platform of choice.

Eeeeeaaasy!
